The Melia Ho Tram project of the developer Tanzanite International is located in Phuoc Thuan commune, Xuyen Moc district, 40km from Vung Tau city. The Hamptons Ho Tram features international standard design, possessing many luxurious amenities and professional management services from the world’s leading resort management brand – Melia.
Phase 1 of the Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons project comprises 156 beachfront hotel condos – Condotel The Hamptons Ho Tram (Melia Ho Tram) and 82 beachfront villas, surrounded by over 4,000 palm trees and other species, along with a 10,000 square meter landscape lake.
Phase 2 of the Melia Ho Tram at The Hamptons project comprises 34 beachfront villas, continuing from Phase 1.
Project scale
Design and consult, supply, install core network system, firewall, backup power supply.
Consulting and supporting optimization of CCTV, IPTV systems, optimization of server management systems, server room infrastructure and branches, IP switchboard systems, instructions on deploying HRM, Sun, Oracle, Opera software.
Consulting and technical support for fiber cable network of the entire system from Tower to Villas.
Consulting and supplying all PC equipment, Printer, etc. Including nearly 80 computers (PC + Laptop), nearly 70 printers (office printers, invoice printers, bill printers).
Nearly 150 access switches from HP.
2 core fiber optic switches in the center.
2 fiber optic distribution switches.
2 firewalls from Fortinet.
Nearly 150 outdoor cameras. Video management and display system.
Nearly 100 indoor and outdoor wireless access points.
